1 – How Do I Get a Laundry Card?
Getting a laundry card is super easy! Upon arrival at the laundromat, head over to our currency station, and follow the easy, on-screen instructions. Once you get your laundry card, insert it into the kiosk and, register your card first, then add money to it.
2 – Why Should I Register My Card?
Registering your card is easy and should be done immediately! Remember, if your card gets lost or stolen, and it’s not registered to your name and information, we won’t be able to recover your money.
3 – How Do I Register My Card?
Insert your card into the kiosk, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your personal information to the card. That’s all there is to it!
4 – How Do I Merge Separate Cards Or Request a Refund?
You can merge multiple cards or request a refund by filling out our refund request form. If merging cards, be sure to specify all card numbers, and specify which one should be the primary card.
We usually respond to all requests within 24-48 business hours.
5 – How Do I Check My Laundry Card Balance & Add Money?
To check your balance, visit live.laundrycard.com and enter your laundry card number. You can also go to the in-store kiosk to check your balance and add money to your card.
